Delivery Area: Delivery is strictly limited to our designated local service boundaries in the Tucson area.
Acceptance of Goods: Given the perishable nature of food products, the receiving business must inspect all items upon delivery or pickup. Any immediate discrepancies, damages, or missing items should be reported to the delivery personnel or our office right away.
6. Order Cancellations and Refunds
Special Items: Orders containing special items or custom orders cannot be canceled once the product is in transit.
Refund Timeline: To request a refund or credit, Madrean Foods must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
Approval Process: All refunds and credits are subject to final review. Refunds or store credits must be approved by Madrean Foods before any financial adjustments are issued.
